Asprodes promotes three new employment workshops in Seydad Rodrigo, Vitogudino and Salmana

Asprodes launched three mixed training and recruitment programs, called “Asprodes Dute 2025”, with the aim of improving employment and professional qualification in the field of social health care. Workshops are developing at a time in Ciudad Rodrigo, Vitigudino and Salamanca, and are funded by the General Employment Service at Castilla Y León (ECYL).

Double training adapting to rural employment

Siodad Rodrigo

The program is taught at Ciudad Rodrigo at the Sanjuanejo professional center, with sessions in the morning and afternoon. It consists of two consecutive compositions of six months each (total: 12 months). The first stage started on April 1 to September 30, 2025, with a total of 8 participating students.

The program combines theoretical and practical training. The theoretical part was developed in the center of Sanguzujo, while this practice is implemented in the residents of Santo Domingo, housing in society, and the new Vestusta residence, with two students in the service, and thus in favor of a direct professional experience.

Salamana

The program is taught at Salamanca in Asprodes (C/Lugo, 23), with sessions in the morning and afternoon. It consists of two consecutive compositions of six months each (total: 12 months). The first stage is held from April 1 to September 30, 2025, with a total of 12 participating students, and the second stage from October 1 to March 31, 2026.

The program combines theoretical and practical training. The theoretical part is done in the middle of LEUGO 23 Street, while this practice is carried out in the houses and housing of Salamanca Capital and Alfoz.

Vitigudino

Vitigudino is taught in Cai (Comprehensive Care Center for Disabilities) with sessions in the morning and afternoon and consists of a six -month training stage. This is done from March 1 to August 31, 2025, with a total of 10 participating students.

The program combines theoretical and practical training. The theoretical part was developed at the Comprehensive Care Center for Persons with Disabilities, while this practice is implemented in housing and accommodation services in ASPRODES in Vitigudino.

In the end, the three employment workshop students will receive the full professional certificate: social care for those who are in social institutions, and is qualified for the great demand in the care sector.

The teaching team consists of experienced social health professionals. In the case of Ciodad Rodrigo, Rocío Brusty Rubio, responsible for the health field, teaching stereotypes associated with direct attention. For its part, Nuria Agawado Perez, the coordinator of the training work and the official of the social area, teaches organizational and psychological care units. In Vitigudino, Yolanda Ortiz Novillo, who is responsible for the health field, teaching stereotypes associated with direct attention. For its part, Mª Carmen Simón Sánchez, the coordinator of the formative and responsible work of the social area, knows the organizational and psychological care units. In the case of Salamanca, the health area is presented by Elena Ortiz Ramos, coordinating training and the social area is Luisa Benito Castro.
