According to temporary numbers, 144 voters were 23 votes against and 18 abstentions. Therefore, the 103 favorable votes ended up being insufficient (for 5 votes) to give “branch card” to the direction led by Nuno Quintaneeiro to advance with the project that had been prepared a few months ago with the Brazilian businessman Bruno Silva, who “gives his face for a group of potential investors.
At the presentation of the proposal chosen to form the sports club, the leader of Auri-Black said that he would have understood a possible “lead” of the General Assembly as a lack of trust in his work, consequently presenting the resignation of the position.
At the beginning of the double meeting Magna, this Wednesday would have been present 150 members.
The first general meeting served to approve the report and accounts of 2023-24 with 3 votes against and 9 abstentions in 140 voters. The accounts were closed with a negative net result of 205,344 euros (the total expenditure rose to almost 948 thousand euros), registering a liability of 1.059 million euros.
The Council informs that after the inauguration, a year ago, “was forced to resort to a loan with a club member, for an amount of 100,000 euros” to “respond to an extended series of urgent financial commitments for the previous management”.
