The investigation began in March, after a complaint filed by the mother, who confirmed that a family in Cordoba kidnapped her newly born daughter and demanded that 3000 euros be paid to see her again.
The complainant said that in November, she met 24 years at a party in Madrid and admitted her fear that social services would take her daughter if she was born in the capital. There are conditions in which women withdraw six other children.
According to the copy he presented at the police station, the young man offered to take her to Cordoba and take care of her until he gave birth to it. The complainant said, after birth, she wanted to leave for Madrid with the child, but the Cordoba family confirmed to her that she would take her within a few days.
She did not recover her daughter a week. The woman argued that she had received threats from family members calling for 3000 euros for the month of her residence in Cordoba if she wanted to see her again.
The first investigations revealed that the woman had changed what happened. In fact, the biological mother had reached an economic agreement, with an amount of 2000 euros, with a couple who were in fertility treatments in Cordoba.
At the same time, the investigators found that after his discharge, the complainant went to the Civil Registry of Qarnada with the alleged buyers. There was a biological mother and the couple’s man who bought her as two parents from the new baby.
After that, the man withdrew 2000 euros from the ATM and handed them over to the biological mother who was transferred, after this deal, to Madrid by a family member.
The judicial information collected demonstrated that in 2022, the Public Prosecutor of Madrid’s children withdrew the nursery of six children to the investigation because they were in a state of deficit, which is why they were under the tutelage of Madrid community.
Police investigations revealed that the investigation had regretted the sale to her daughter, which is why the family requested the return of the amount they paid – 2000 euros and another 1,000 euros for the expenses of the month from residency in Cordoba.
After confirming the real story, the biological agents were arrested at the end of March at Móstoles (Madrid), as stated by the General Directorate of Police.
Meanwhile, the agents arrested four family members in Cordoba who bought the new baby, among them the couple who sought to attribute the paternity, which was intercepted when they were preparing to go to a date for children.
