He added: “We agree with Modi Ji that there are only four castes in the country. (Poor, middle class, rich and very rich), but caste figures are necessary to know who is in these four. The caste census is the first step, but we have to go ahead.”

Four major requirements of Congress
-The government should declare its calendar as soon as possible: Rahul Gandhi said the government should clarify when and how the census will be made.

-50% of the reservation limit elimination Rahul Gandhi reiterated that it would be necessary to remove the current constitutional limit of 50% reservation on the basis of caste data so that a fair participation can be provided.
-The reservations must be implemented in private educational establishments: Rahul Gandhi said that booking should be implemented in private institutions such as government institutions. Social justice should not be limited to government jobs, but equal opportunities should also be ensured in the private sector.
