According to a special survey by Cerasa, 57 million Brazilians are debtors and do not know. Among them, at least 19 million negative by creditors, is part of the record of backwardness, a group formed by individuals or legal entities who are not known for the failure to pay.
However, consumer ignorance of debt may have various reasons. Among them: CPF/CNPJ, and outdated registration data, wider more broadly, wrong financial information.
In Para, about 1.9 million people have a dirty name. This group consists of consumers who have not consulted with CPF or CNPJ in the SeraSa application or site, so they do not know that they are negative.
