CAS-a residue

The new vision of Cassiopeia (CAS A) is obtained through the James Web telescope in the near light, tips on dynamic processes that occur within the residue of the fruits. Small groups represented in bright pink and orange are the inner layer of Supernova and consist of sulfur, oxygen, argon and the star neon itself. Baby Cas A, a large, striped bubble of the lower right corner of the image, nicknamed Baby Cas A, is one of the few visible light echoes in the field of NIRCAM vision. In this picture, it was attributed in red, green and blue to Nircam data at 4.4, 3.56 and 1.62 Microes (F444W, F356W and F162M, respectively). Credits: NASA, ESA, CSA, STCI, D.
