The Bara government qualified for more than 21,000 women and men of the labor market in the first three months of this year. This initiative is a realization of the programs run by the Secretariat of State Science, Technology, Higher, Vocational and Technology. Among the total qualified citizens, 4000 certificates from the Capacita Cop30 program.
Capacita Cop30 described more than 16,000 workers from May 2024 here. The program offers 105 free courses related to tourism areas, infrastructure and services. The state initiative prepares professionals for the labor market, especially for COP 30 opportunities (the World Climate Conference) in Belém.
In addition to Copacita Cop30, SECTET also runs “Forma Pará” and “Knowledge and Skills” programs. In the urban area of Belém alone, there were about 11,000 people with certificates. There were 10,000 other people who were eligible in the areas of Para integration, such as the Tokuroy Lake, Tukantin, the Kabim River, Gaama, the Katie River, Gogara, Maragu, Aragua, Paycsu Amazonas and Karajas.
The qualification is easy to enter the market
“These numbers show the excellent work that we do for the professionalism of our people. The more or even their training is trained, the more job opportunities and income are expanded, inside and outside our state. Among the available professionalism: “Forma Pará”, which seeks to expand the scope of higher education courses, their democratic pressure in different areas of Pará; “Knowledge and skills”, a system for recognizing the skills and knowledge of workers, where professionals are validated by their skills. More than 1500 people have been adopted.
Certificate through ParaPas is also one of Sectet initiatives in the region. More than 2,200 people were qualified in the municipality of Santa Isabelle, Mariettopa, Bilim, Castal, Vega, Chengura, Korwas, Salva, Thailand and Oriksamena.
Student Giovana Dias, 18, is one of the students accredited by Etepa Vilhena Alves, in February of this year, in the technical management course. “When studying the market, I noticed a request in the human resources sector and became interested in learning, I found this technical course and did, for three years, along with high school. You prepared me well, we have had lectures, educational materials, good teachers. I intend to follow the college of administration, to prove more and reach the great labor market option as a choice of great public work.
There is still a “caravan of science and technology”, a project that focuses on spreading scientific knowledge; “Certificate by the vocational training course”, one of the options for the curriculum in the new high school, which allows students to deepen in the fields of vocational mission is the other country’s investments in the professionalism of youth.
Peace plants
Amazon Maker project works in travel laboratories and inside USipão. The initiative seeks to enhance the teaching and learning process, based on technology experiments and processes. In complexes, Sectet also offers cooking art, sewing and fashion rooms. In the first three months of 2025, more than 5,700 people were qualified in this initiative.
The housewife, a housewife, Culodia Dos Santos, a resident of Terra Fif, has completed the sewing and fashion training course. “The training course helped me get a craft feeling, with a lot of techniques, and this is a mental opening of the opportunities generated with entrepreneurship.
