More than two months after the collection of suggestions, the general advice of the Ministry of Finance and the Secretariat of Tennis (SPA) in 2025 and 2026 intends. The agency intends to publish the betting schedule on April 4.
People and companies interested today still have the proposal to write suggestions through the Participation + Brazil platform. On February 21, the spa has strengthened a general hearing to collect more contributions.
The consultations will cover not only the contents of the new regulations, but to determine the topics that will be dealt with and in any order. The original organizational agenda submitted in February can be modified based on suggestions.

The agenda was presented after the bets were organized, and it was discussed last year and was implemented on January 1, with the list of virtual betting companies approved in the country. Now, the spa aims to include organizational agenda topics such as commercial upgrades and instant lottery (LOTX).
In February, the spa announced its intention to create a prohibited registration for betting. The database will cover persons excluded under the law (such as sports leaders, football technicians, players, referees, less than 18 years old and members of the organizational bodies). In addition to this information, registration will include those prohibited by the court’s decision.
The registration details will be the subject of a new public advice in the second quarter (April to June). The negative list is expected to become valid in the second half of the year. However, the establishment of the national database is one of the first elements of the organizational agenda to be published in April.
