The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MECI) says that pre -school students and the first cycle should stay in school until their parents take them or until the time of school transportation. Regarding other levels of education, it leaves the decision of the institutions ’directives.
“Efficiency in evaluating and deciding a decision on employment conditions for each of the education and education institutions is the directors, and the absolute priority is the safety of children/students,” the ministry has become known to the public.
“With regard to pre -school education and the first course of basic education, children/students must remain in school until those responsible for education or even school transportation are gathered. In the case of second and third courses of basic and secondary education, they should be evaluated in the form of Casuistical, given that the transport organization is completely different at the national level, which always guarantees solutions that enjoy safety privileges.
“Some schools ended in the afternoon, and elsewhere they had this need for their parents to capture their students early. Lunch was directed by the schools, because at a time of blackout, the meal was practically served. Other schools decided to finish in the afternoon,” Willino Lima saysHead of the National Association of Assembly and Public Schools Directors.
The professor adds to the general data: “The big question is whether schools will open tomorrow, but the answer can only be provided when organizing energy supplies. Schools are expected and are waiting for higher decisions.”
