He declared that the Syndicat des Entrepreneurs is an important strategic partner for the ministry, emphasizing the importance and the need to continue the joint cooperation between the ministry and the union to develop the contracting sector and develop the necessary plans and how to provide offers to ensure their implementation in specifications, technical codes and time periods and to activate the role of all parties to the contract according to the needs and responsibility of each party.

Abu Al -Samen appreciated the role of the Union in the classification and license committees for entrepreneurs, rehabilitation committees, price amendments and in aging surveillance inspection committees at the National Building Council Syssdicate, stressing that the ministry will be, in cooperation with the union of entrepreneurs.

Al -DuWairi examined the most important challenges and problems with which the Jordanian entrepreneur faces, noting the importance of improving the means of coordinating with the ministry to reach solutions to support the contracting sector to deal with these challenges.
Al -DuWAIRI called for the involvement of the Union in the staging of the legislation and the laws which aim to regulate and increase the level of the profession in their various areas in joint coordination with the Ministry of Works, and to approve the regulation of work in the private sector, noting that the Supreme Committee meets periodically to develop work in the construction sector and solve problems and obstacles in certain projects.
