Pan enhances the importance of combating violence against women Funchal News Madeira News – Information from everyone for everyone!

Monica Fretas, the nomination agent in Ban, the subordinate of the “Madeira: Our Case”, came to emphasize the importance of strengthening measures to combat violence against women.
“It was through the hands of the public that the rights of women and the battle against the violence they target were presented for the public discussion, at the national and regional level,” he affirmed. “The condemnation and suggestions of combating obstetric violence, warning against the need to enhance responses and rights for women with endometriosis and mixture of glands, and combat domestic violence with the creation of more independent homes and the creation of financial supplements, as well as proposing to commit violations as a general crime, are some pillars that Pan has taken for southern public.”
The People’s Party-Style, in the voice of its coordinator, recalls that through the hand of the public, the regional complement to the victims of domestic violence was created in the RAM and was also through the fried hand that the free distribution of monthly hygiene products was included by public buildings nationally.
The party wants to move forward and make the crime of violation of general crime, as well as sexual coercion and “unanswered artificial reproduction”, in addition to extending the deadline for sexual crimes against children until the age of thirty.
“It takes courageous measures that protect the welfare of the victims of these crimes, truly punish the aggressors and provide a reintegration into society in a safe and comfortable way.
For a Pan worker, it is not acceptable that important measures such as free distribution of menstrual health products in the region are not applied, as they depend on individual link projects, thus generating excavation of inequality between Portuguese women in reaching these products.
It also regrets that the current plans are no longer strong and that the autonomy will justify them so that it does not bet heavily on the protection and services offices, and that Madeira is the only region in the country that does not have APAV (the Association for the Protection of the Support of Victims), even from the regions of the country that contains the highest rate of domestic violence.
