On Saturday, the Regional Office of Entrepreneurs and Educational Educations under the banner of the National University of Education – Democratic orientation organized a demonstration in front of the Regional Center for Education and the Training Professions in Khouribga, calling for the payment of late wages for this group, and joining its operating rights which “testify to the ignorants of the relevant authorities”.
Dozens of primary education educators participated in the stand, raising slogans calling for justice to pay wages and ensuring their labor rights, in the presence of representatives of the regional office, who confirmed that their requests were in the context of a series of problems, in the light of difficult working conditions and late salaries.
In a speech for him, Abdullah Hasbi, the representative of the Moroccan Human Rights Association, stressed that “workers in the primary education sector are among the most marginalized groups in the education system”. He also stressed that “the difficult financial situation of educators directly affects their ability to continue working effectively and effectively”.
Hasbi added that “the state has ratified many restrictive human rights clauses, including the right to salary, as well as the labor code, but dozens of educators still live under the burden of oppression due to the delay in paying wages, many of which suffer from their hacking.” one way their fundamental rights. »»
In this context, the regional office of educators and educators of primary education in the Khouribga region stressed that requests “are not limited to the local level, but are among the national requests concerning the improvement of working conditions in this vital sector, and guaranteeing the rights of all its employees,” expressing its hope that the authorities concerned will respond to calls of this group and to work to respond seriously and effectively.
