Cardinal Pietro Parolin prayed his third in the Basilica of Santa María Maior in Rome on Tuesday night, honoring the memory of the late Pope Francis.
Parolin has held the position of Secretary of State for the Vatican since 2013 and has been a member of the Cardinian Council since 2014.

“His legacy, beyond his memory and texts, thinks that they are his actions.
