The United States Defense Minister Beit Higseth announced yesterday (Wednesday) that his ministry will appeal to a judicial decision that spent the suspension of the ban imposed by the administration of President Donald Trump to serve sexual transfers in the army.

Tuesday, a federal judge in Washington said he decided, based on the declaration of independence, which establishes that “all human beings were the same”, the freezing of the executive order that President Donald Trump signed in January (January) and prevented sexual transfers from the army.

The judge’s decision will be made in the implementation on Friday.

Commenting on this decision, Minister Higseth wrote on the social media platform X: “We resume this decision and we will win”.

On January 27, Trump said that “to ensure that we get the most fatal combat power in the world, we will get rid of the ideology of sexual transformation in our army”, before announcing that he has signed an executive order in this sense.

The executive question states that “the announcement of a false sexual identity that differs from the individual’s genre cannot satisfy the rigorous standards required for military service”.

As a result, this manager was stabbed by a group of sexually transformers who include military and civil service who want to join the army.

In his decision, the judge said that the Trump administration could have determined “a balance policy between the need for the nation for an army ready and the law of Americans to protect the same under the law”.

He added that the contested decree does not specify this policy, but is rather “dyed of hostility” for transgender people, without any legal or rational justification to exclude them from the armed forces.

According to the executive order of Trump, the Ministry of Defense announced in February that it will no longer allow people transformed sexual to volunteer in the army and even expel those who serve the army unless they receive special exemptions.

In recent years, the Americans sexually transformed have faced a variable series of policies relating to military service; Where the democratic departments have tried to allow them to carry out a service even if they have chosen to speak with sexual identity, while Trump has repeatedly tried to keep them out of the army.

The American army raised the prohibition of transformation in 2016 during the second term of former president Barack Obama.
