The craftsman, which was held since March 17, ends under the organization of the wine institute, embroidery and the Madeira crafts tomorrow, with a round table, under the topic of “traditional and traditional arts in Madeira”.
The round table begins at 11 am at 22, and will be attended by Marissa Santos, the letter IVBAM, Cristian Júnior and Jenita Spinola, accredited and awarded craftsmen in the cognitive prize, with overlapping allocation, with Thining Intivation still. This table will be discussed and analyzed, in an informal environment, the development and adaptation of regional handicrafts with our day, through different views, taking into account the three overlapping generations, which always adds dynamism and vitality.
At 12:00 pm, a professional honor for three craftsmen will be paid, with different work in various areas of regional handicrafts, namely: Isabel Da Era, wool weave, Manuel Fiurora, Vime Master, José Leça, and Wood Works. Due to its contribution to preserving the wooden letter and its appreciation, and in order to make the associated, IVBAM will give each one a professional prize, as a form of recognition and entitlement.
These procedures will take place in the space “traditional arts and crafts in Madeira”, which works under IVBAM protection in Rua Dos Ferreiros, 152, from 10 am to 5 pm, with free arrival.
On the last day of the “Crafts Week”, there will also be an exhibition and sell regional handicrafts, with craftsmen and projects dealing with various arts and crafts, including: Tannomial, The Woods, The Ceramics, Cloth Dolls and The Mysira. Between 10 am and 5 pm, an open embroidery workshop will be operated in Madeira, with instructions from the Gulf project.
