The Câmara de Lobos City Council has agreed to open 31 vacancies for the active youth program, this year with the modernity of two options for the application, says the municipality.
In this year edition, young people can be placed in 15 hosted entities in the province, or the option to monitor the holiday field or the choice of various activities (administrative service, support for children, youth and the elderly).
Through the “Acting Youth” program, Le Popos City Council will provide 31 young people to occupy free times with work experiences in various contexts. Registration in the seventh edition of the “Acting Youth” program from April 30. The program is dedicated to the youth population in the municipality of Câmara de Lobos, who is 17 and 25 years old, at the date of registration.
The program nomination is held online, from April 1, upon completion of the available form on the official page of the Lobos City Council or the “QR Law” of the relevant poster and the required documents must be sent later via e -mail.
The participation of young people, on the date of registration, did not complete 18 years, lack the permission of the education responsible. The model is available on the municipal page. https://cmcamaradelobos.pt/servicos/juventude
Activities take place in July and August, and the youth occupation period will not exceed 6 hours a day, with a maximum of 30 hours a week.
All young people who have been placed under this program are entitled to obtain personal accident insurance, cash compensation in the amount of 500 euros/month (holiday field monitoring) and 12.60 euros/day (different activities) and the certificate of participation.
Since 2018, at the age of six in which the municipality has strengthened this initiative, it stopped only in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, 167 young men had in contact with the reality of work, according to the reports of Camaral Oba.
