The Endesa electricity supplier has opened its first physical shop in the city “to promote proximity and personalized service with its customers”, taking “a significant step in its commercial plan in Portugal”.

A “new phase more closely” with its customers in the context of a project to open several shops through Portugal, in each district, in the coming months.
Endesa has guided the market liberalization process in Portugal “and is the second operator on the electricity free market in number of customers.”
In service of Aveiro it is possible that customers executed “any type of commercial procedure” “from the assumption of electricity and gas to the management of various energy related services”, such as information, energy saving measures, professional advice on the improvement of consumer habits, invoice information, conduction and installments, energy intake, contractual variations or equipment maintenance.
The new Endesa in Aveiro shop is located at the Market Square n. 2 and is open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14 to 18.00.
The presence in the city “is part of the new commercial strategy of Endesa, which aims to increase the presence of the company on the market based on the proximity and personalized customer service”.
In the commercial space, “it offers customers an innovative concept that combines the convenience of a physical shop with personalized services to its customers”.
