Preparation
1- In a bowl, put 30 grams of colorless gelatin and flavor, 120 milliliters of water, mixing and hairdoes for 5 minutes.
2- Once wet, bring medium heat in a water bath for 40 seconds until the gelatin dissolves. Reserve.
3- In a frying pan, put 480 grams of sour cream, 480 milliliters of milk, 150 grams of sugar and leave it to medium heat for two minutes while stirring without stopping with a spoon (do not use wire wire to not create bubbles).
4- Merging the dissolved gelatin and leave it for two minutes over medium heat or until it reaches a temperature of 50 degrees of cells (it cannot be boiled).
5- Turn the heat, pour the cream through a sieve and put it in a bowl. Add your choice (vanilla, strawberry, mango or chocolate essence) and mix it with a spoon.
6- Pass the sieve again and distribute it in the pans.
7- Cooling for at least 4 hours.
8-ERFRIGERATE, Unmold, make eyes and nose with black sesame and serve with mango jam or red fruit syrup.
