Students of the education and training courses in the secondary schools (CEF) participated in a clarification session on the rules of the curriculum, in which the Pestana Group is guided. Young people have been clarified from CEF cycles of information and tourist animation, computer technician and multimedia around this basic stage in secondary training, with weight in the final evaluation and also represents a first experience in the world of work.
There are many companies that open their doors as a framework of entities to conduct academic, public and private curricula, for various CEF sessions. The Pestana Group was created with ESJM, that is, with the CEF6C2 course, tourist information and animation, a partnership for years that was very fruitful in students’ vocational training.
Diana Freitas and Andres Abu, assistants of the Ministry of Human Resources in the Bestana Group, led the conference today after selecting 20 students from the tourist information and animation course, the twelfth grade, which from June 2 meets 210 hours of training in different hotels in the group. However, other students in other courses have been educated on the importance of correct training behavior, tables, errors, progress in various sectors of hotel, as well as evaluation and success with national exams. Since it is the Pestana group, the largest national hotel group, young people will be able to compete for different employment opportunities, that is, those who do not want to follow higher education, or do a professional summer experience.
It should be noted that, unlike ordinary students, CEF courses with curricula end in an external entity, while they can also take national exams in June.
In this meeting, young people were able to clarify doubts and thus prepare their training in June, which will definitely allow them to expand horizons in a group with more than three decades of existence and more than a hundred hotels in the region and the world, who are always betting on their expansion.
