Carnival really goes there! But the effects of hysterical carnival celebrations sometimes are very patent for those who visit CR7 Square.

In VARANDIM, this is the ugly “sculpture” of this people who outperform the “enrichment”, the landscape of cruise ships was left back to the southerners. Carnival alcohol excesses may have led to this destruction in dizziness of urban furniture.
