The Secondary and Supérieure Secondary Education Board (GSEB) Gujarat has announced the additional class X and XII. This exam will start from June 23 and end on July 3. The detailed examination calendar is available on the official website of the board of directors www.gseb.org. According to estimates, around 1.90 Lakh of students signed up for this additional examination.
Possibilities of failing and unhappy students
The results of the main examinations of the tenth and twelfth held in February and March of this year were declared in May. After the results, the registration was launched for the additional examination of students who failed in one or more subjects. This time, the Board of Directors provided a new installation, in which students face any subject, they can take an additional examination of all subjects.
Apart from that, unhappy students also have the possibility of improving grades by giving exams again in all subjects. This is the first attempt by the Gujarat Council, in which students failed in all matters which also have the possibility of taking an additional examination.
Exam time and session
Here is the time of the additional examination:
Class X: 10:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Twelfth scientific flow: 3:00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Twelfth trade flow: 10:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6.15 p.m., in two separate sessions.
Students were invited to reach the exam center 30 minutes before the exam started.
Early organization, early results
Earlier, the main exams of the Gujarat council took place in March, but this year, they were launched in February itself. Likewise, the additional examination which was held in July, this time from June 23. Due to this change, the results of the additional examination will also be declared quickly compared to previous years. This new step is a major effort from the board of directors to provide students with early results and better opportunities.
