A tradition of centuries is broken in Hanangarhi, Ayodhya

Peetadhish Mahant Prem Das of the Hanangarha temple came out of the temple premises for the first time on the occasion of Akshay III
Ayodhya: On the occasion of Prem Das Akshay III, the Peetadhish temple of the Hanumangarhi temple in Ayodhya came from the premises of the Temple for the first time on the occasion of Akshay III, a historical and emotional opportunity to withdraw from centuries – a religious tradition. This is the first time in more than 300 years when a Hanangarhi Mahant has come out of the temple premises.
A royal procession was released under the direction of Mahant Prem DAS to visit the newly built RAM temple. Earlier, Mahanta began an unbreakable tradition to never leave the Hanangarhi campus of 52 Bigha during his lifetime. Thousands of Naga Sadhus, the faithful and its disciples were involved in this procession, which came out with the instruments with a hand, horses and camels. This spiritual journey started from the banks of the Saryu river where Mahant Prem Das and other sage saints took a bath in the Saint Saryu river before worshiping in the temple of Ram.
Follow the tradition that has occurred since 1737
Mahant Sanjay Das of Hanangarhi said that this tradition has been followed since 1737 (288 years). The role of the Mahant is to devote itself to Lord Hanuman. Once he sits in the back, he won and dies in this temple complex. His body can only leave campus after death.
These traditions were recognized by Naga Sadhus
According to the constitution of Hanangarhi, built in 1925, these traditions were recognized and implemented by the Naga Sadhus. Sanjay Das said that even in the civil affair, the courts have respected this tradition. He said that the representative of this arena is presented in court if necessary. In fact, in the 1980s, the court held a hearing within Hanangarhi to record the declaration of Mahant.
A large number of people attended the procession
However, the recent decision was not taken lightly. Nirvani Akhara’s Panch Parishwar Unanimously accepted Mahant’s wish to visit the Ram Lala temple. Mahant Ramkumar Das, the head of Nirvani Arena, said that the desire of Mahant’s president to go to the Ram temple had touched the heart. After religious discussion and consensus, the arena gave this permission of once in life. In this procession, the scars and symbols of the arena were also seen in the hands of the saints of the sage. A large number of Naga Sadhu, the Sevadar du Temple, local traders, the faithful participated in this procession with Mahanta. (With linguistic input)
