In the famous murder affair of Ankita Bhandari from Uttarakhand, the judgment watch has now come. The district judge and Kotdwar’s additional sessions, the Kotdwar judge, will return his verdict on May 30 in this sensational case. Investigation and trial of the case
The three accused of this odious murder – Pulkit Arya, Saurabh Bhaskar and Ankit Gupta are currently in police custody. Pulkit was the owner of Arya Vantara Resort, where Ankita mysteriously missed on September 18, 2022. Later, her body was found in a channel, causing resentment through the state.
The SIT was formed to investigate the case, which filed an accusation sheet of more than 500 pages. In total, 97 witnesses were appointed there, whose accusation introduced 47 witnesses.
Pulkit Arya was supervised under articles 302 (murder), 201 (Eradication of evidence), 354a (falsification) and the law on the prevention of the trade in the immoral body. At the same time, other accused have also been accused of support in acts of murder and immoral.
Father’s emotional call
Ankita’s father, Viretra Singh Bhandari said: “My daughter’s killers were hanged. The government has promised that the Srikot Nursing College would be appointed according to Ankita, but to date. Was murdered in 2022
19 years –old Ankita, who worked as a receptionist at Vantara Resort near Rishikesh, was allegedly pushed by the operator of the Pulkit Arya station in September 2022 with two other employees of the Chila Canal. The initial investigation revealed that Ankita refused to give an “additional service” to an “VIP” guest at the station and was assassinated due to the controversy resulting. Arya, the son of the former BJP chief and two other accused-Kanit Gupta and Sarabh Bhaskar are currently in prison.
