Year after year, but day after day, the Arab situation is increasing, if we take political stability, regular economic growth and more blocks and economic, logistical and cultural networks as a measure of non-decline or progress.
And when the citizen hears the declarations and data published by each Arab meeting, based on the conferences of the summit, through visits to policies and ambassadors, they are in the ear of cooperation sentences, sisters, opportunities, investments, joint projects, reconstruction, energy, water, water, science and trade, and other phrases and other words. Or more. But nothing in the field is obtained, no program that lasts, no joint projects or railway lines connecting the neighboring Arab countries and no water, energy or agriculture projects. It was then that European leaders come together without noise to find active decisions and few words, and a commitment to all partners. Europeans, despite their different languages, the diversity of their cultures and the variation of their aspirations, have no resonant sentences, false images and verbal inventions that the Arab citizen hears.
The question is why? Although the Arab League, for example, is the oldest regional organization in the world? Why did the Arabs not succeed in any joint action with influence and others managed to group themselves and to cohesion and then to influence? Rather, we note that the Arab region has become an open theater for direct foreign interventions, whether from countries, institutions or even groups? As we see in Syria, Libya, Iraq, Lebanon and Yemen, or indirectly, as we see in most Arab countries. What makes Germany and France are satisfied with the real alliance, similar or incompatible policies, even if the wars between Germany and France date back hundreds of years, the last of which was the occupation of France by Nazi Germany and its entry into Paris to move a million French? It was then that there was no confrontation or wars between the Arab countries, and we meant between the Arab peoples. What makes Arab countries and Arab meetings, but rather Arab thinking, and over 60 years old, from a dream to a country united with each country? The sentences have gradually changed from the Arab world through the Arab world to the Arab region, to the Arab countries in the Middle East, to enter with Türkiye and Iran and infiltrate Israel? Why do all Arabic meetings go to different levels of immensity and efforts and attempts
And the aspirations are swallowed by a black hole, so they have no effect? The question, although it seems historic, is actually a question for the future accelerated change. The continuation of the Arabic situation on what it is transported more than several times which seems to be the surface, especially since the traditional colonial vision of the region has not changed in essence, and that it has changed in methods and tactics, there are many reasons behind the growth and exacerbation of this situation, and perhaps the following reasons are at the top of the list:
Firstly: Arab regimes give priority and importance for the regime with its people, with respect, and not in the state with its people, its resources and their future.
Second: many Arab regimes derive their strength and legitimacy from apparent or hidden foreign support and not national support. And this is hidden by the National Opposite from abroad.
Third: excessive dependence on aid, subsidies and loans
Donations carry with him marginalization of the joint Arab role and minimize all the Arab alliances.
Fourth: Arabic meetings, meetings and conferences, in particular political meetings, do not go by a real belief in the need for joint work as a guarantee of a better future, but they are often often called to public opinion and attract international attention.
Fifth: the lack of seriousness in the subjects of common projects, in particular the strategy. The noise of the media on these projects is not accompanied by the allocation of implementation budgets, no parliamentary decisions which confirm membership of them, or time programs that govern performance.
Sixth: the domination of individualism over political and economic behavior. The Arab regime does not believe that its country needs a real strategic alliance with the neighboring Arab state. Rather, he thinks that his regime alone is capable of continuing and surviving, whatever the price, just like the Assad diet in Syria and Gaddafi in Libya.
Seventh: the weakness and fragility of state administrative, financial and political institutions in most Arab countries before the system authority.
Eighth: the absence of joint strategic projects allows the decision -making regime to easily deteriorate its obligations, but rather to break the links or freeze them for reasons related to the system, and not to the State.
Ninth: the weakness of the Arab region is politically, economically and militarily and the humility of the level of food security, water safety and energy security
The continuation of the state of underdevelopment does not constitute a source of concern for most Arab regimes in the absence of future vision.
Tenth: Israel as an expansionist colonial entity which considers its strength in the weakness and dispersion of the Palestinians, and strives to impose its control and its management of the Arab world
And its institutions, or military superiority, or the intrigue and temptation which it raises directly or through its agents or export its crises to the Arab region
And so on.
Finally, the Arabic situation, if it continues on this “individuality and spare” which rejects the institutions and avoids the block, cooperation and joint strategic projects, and in the light of climate change and water shortages, high temperatures and desertification, this situation is threatened with exacerbation towards additional decline and the worsening of the migration of spirits and skills, decline from foreign countries and these countries. Do leaders look at the future seriously and responsible for the change in the balance of human and natural forces? They work together to get out of the black hole through science, technology, enlightened thinking and true permanent cooperation of countries and peoples? This is the problem.
