Bill for modification of the WAQF 2025:: The bill on the modification of the WAQF is in the government and the opposition. There is strict competition in Parliament concerning this bill. The government is determined to adopt this bill, while the opposition opposed it and considers it unconstitutional. This will be taken into account Wednesday in Lok Sabha, when he will probably be discussed in Rajya Sabha on Thursday. In both houses, it was planned for the discussion eight-eight hours.

What celebrations with the government

The four largest components after the Bharatiya Janata (BJP) party in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) – Telugu desam Party (TDP), Janata Dal -Unnited (JDU), Shiv Sena and Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) – asked their MPS to support the Stance of the Government.

Some NDA teams in favor of change

Sources have said that some BJP allies demanded other changes in the bill. A senior member of an ally of the BJP of the BJP hoped that the BJP would take into account his opinions. He insisted that some of his concerns were diagnosed by the joint committee of the Parliament and the NDA will remain united on this issue. The Union’s Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Kiren Reijiju, told journalists that at the meeting of the Chamber Work Committee (BAC) under the chairmanship of Lok Sabha, OM Birla, it was agreed to discuss this bill for eight hours which can be increased and extended according to the spirit of the Chamber.

Flash in opposition

At the meeting, the first signs of net conflict between the decision and the opposition were seen at the meeting when members of the opposition coalition “India” left the meeting and accused the government of suppressing their votes. However, the impasse on this question does not seem to make a difference because the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) led by the BJP (NDA) in the Lok Sabha is numberable. In Lok Sabha, the deputy chief of the Congress Gaurav Gogoi alleged that his voice was not heard. He said the opposition parties demanded to allocate more time to discussion and wanted questions such as manipur status and voter identity cards. Gogoi said that at the Bac meeting, there was a fierce confrontation between the government and the opposition and the leaders of the opposition parties who left the meeting and came out. Reijiju said many parties wanted four to six hours of discussion, while members of the opposition parties were categorical to discuss 12 hours. He said that this period can be extended depending on the spirit of the house. Later, Rajya Sabha’s BAC meeting took place, in which it was decided that the bill will be discussed on Thursday and it is expected that the bill will be approved by the lower chamber.

The great preparation of the opposition

Voters from India Alliance also discussed their strategy, notably Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge and KC Venugopal, the Samajwadi Ram Gopal Yadav party, the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar) Supriya Sule, Kalyan Banerjee from Trinamool Congress and Sanjay Singh of Aadmi. The members of DMK Tr Balu, Tiruchi Shiva and KaniMoi, Rashtriya Janata Dal, Manoj Kumar Jha, CPI -mb of Rashtriya Janata Dal, Sandosh Kumar P of Spi, N. of RSP. De. Premchandran and the chief of MDMK Vaiko were also present. The opposition parties firmly oppose the bill and call it against the interests of the unconstitutional and Muslim community. Some large Muslim organizations are united against the bill.

The vocal opposition of Asaduddin Owaisi

The member of the Bill Asududdin Owaisi told journalists that he would explain how he was “unconstitutional” during the discussion on this bill in the House. He alleged that the bill had been brought in to control the religious rights of Muslims and that the public will teach a lesson to the BJP allies as TDP and JD (U).
