The existing sectors of the Jammu border region led by the assistant classification of the Inspector General (DIG) are found in Réjouri, Sundarbani, Jammu and Indreshwar Nagar. In its region of Mizoram and Cachar Frontier, seat at Assam, these sectors are in Silchar, Aizawl and Manipur. Sources have said that the BSF will launch a recruitment campaign to appoint men and women for these new battalions, after which they will be trained.
