Amman – Tomorrow – The Board of Directors of the General Organization of Social Security, led by the Minister of Labor Khaled Al -Bakkar, has decided to approve the executive instructions to include workers in flexible work in addition to the basis to grant the increase in ownership of the absolute retirement wages, in addition to the financial reports of the investment fund for the end of the first district of this year.
The instructions issued by the Council indicated that flexible work is each intellectual or physical effort made by the worker or the employee in exchange for a salary in one of the forms of the flexible employment contract specified in the flexible work system and flexible working hours in the valid public service.
The Foundation has indicated that these instructions will be applied to the natural person which applies to the provisions of the labor law and works at the establishment in accordance with any form of flexible work stipulated in the flexible work system, as well as to the employee who is agreed with him to work in accordance with any form of flexible work stipulated in elastic working hours in the valid civil service, explaining the provisions of these instructions valid.
Executive instructions have organized the foundations and rules of inclusion and the general and private provisions for workers in the flexible work system and settle insurance rights for them, who offer social and insurance protection to workers in this area by their inclusion in the provisions of the law.
With regard to the basis of granting the increase in the increase in the support of the absolute retirement salary approved by the Council, the retirement salary is available to request the granting of support when requesting the distribution of retirement salary or any date in accordance with the model prepared for this purpose, which improves the areas of social protection for this category.

Depending on the foundations, the disbursement of the increase in dependence will start from the start of the month during which the request for retirement wages applies to dependence, provided that the request is applied after the issue of the argument of dependence, and the foundations to grant the increase included the general provisions, the conditions and the required documents and the exchange mechanism.
With regard to the financial reports of the investment fund for the guarantee funds approved by the Council, he indicated that the total assets of the social security investment fund increased at the end of the first quarter of this year to reach around 16.7 billion Jordanian dinars, against around 16.2 billion dinars at the end of last year.
This increase in income from the fund came from various investments, which represents approximately 240 million dinars, and the increase in the strategic evaluation of the share portfolio of approximately 243 million dinars, in addition to the surplus of transformed insurance of the social security company of approximately 57 million dinars.
