The Customs Department said on Sunday that the accused had golden value of gold from around Rs 1.91 crosses. The accused was arrested after having come from Dubai on Friday on the basis of the profile.
A customs service manager said: “The accused passenger landed at Delhi airport from Dubai. Suspected photographs were seen when checking a radiography of his personal effects. During the DFMD (DFMD (Porte Metal Metal Detector) survey), there was no bip noise of the merchandise.

Similarly, in December of last year, more than 1.2 kg of gold provided by underwear and electrical adopters at Igi airport in Delhi was seized by the customs service.
