European pressure on Israel .. does it go beyond words? …

AMMAN – On the importance of European and Canadian position by showing measures against such Aviv, if it continues to obstruct the introduction of urgent humanitarian aid in the sector, and its inclusion in the context of a progressive change in the tone of Western discourse, but political and security experts, indicated the importance of this association with the possibility of transforming the agitation, andAdd advertising

European agitation is not only the expression of humanitarian concern, but rather an indication of the beginning of redrawing the boundaries of the relationship with Israel in the light of the political, legal and moral considerations which take intoxication within European capitals.
With the continuation of the war of extermination in the Gaza Strip, Western countries find in their complex political and security relations with Israel, before the way to tighten the continuity of the introduction of humanitarian aid to the sector, and to agitate measures which can open the door to a possible position which can become the nature of the relations between the two parties.
In a recent joint declaration, the leaders of France, Great Britain and Canada declared an action against Israel if the Genocide War has not stopped on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.
The leaders declared in their declaration: “We will take measures if Israel does not stop its attack in Gaza and will not increase the restrictions on aid,” adding: “We firmly oppose the expansion of Israeli military operations in Gaza, and the level of human suffering in Gaza is unbearable.”
This scene, which did not go through political affairs specialists, stopped them towards the possibility of its partial influence “moving from stagnant water”, in particular with regard to the assistance file, because it is a more than political humanitarian file.
In the same context, they called for the need to read the international position objectively and not “as we want”, but rather on the basis of what is reality, that is to say that change came out of the suspension of the scale of destruction and the murder to which people are exposed in the Gaza Strip.
Looking for a moral balance
In this context, the security and strategic expert d. Bashir al -Dajah, that it is clear that recent European movements concerning the introduction of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip presents themselves in the context of an attempt to restore minimum moral and political balance before global public opinion.
Al -Dajah declared that he “appears before the growing European embarrassment of long -term silence”, noting that “the success of this pressure remains dependent on several considerations, including the position of the United States and the capacity of Europe to translate the wave into implementation”.
As for the effect, the expert highlighted the capacity for European pressure in part to “move stagnant water”, in particular with regard to the assistance file, because it is a humanitarian file more than a policy.
He continued: “Certain parts in the Israeli government know that the bypass of the red European lines will mean opening unwanted diplomatic fronts, in particular in the light of the climbing of calls to boycott and the increase in popular posts in Europe.” M, however, he saw that the reality on the ground in Gaza indicates that this pressure has not yet been improved in terms of efficiency required for the ceasefire or the imposition of a lasting truce.
With regard to European plaques to take measures against Israel in the event of non-commissioning to open humanitarian corridors or stop operations, the most important question is not whether these measures will be applied, but “if Europe has a political will to this”.
He pointed out that Europe was historically more inclined to the warning discourse without real application of sanctions, but the current scene may be different, noting that “there is a change in European mood and growing political currents within certain major capitals that push for more strict measures”.
He continued that “it is not possible to neglect that any real European decision remains coordination with Washington, which makes the opportunity to apply the sanctions in the first place to the common Western understanding, and not only by the independent European decision”.
Al -Da’ja concluded that European pressure represents a moral pressure card, but so far, these are incomplete tools, “considering that its success in carrying out a truce or opening human paths constantly depends on its ability to transform the agitation into action and on the extent of coordination with active international powers.
He added: “In the event that the pressure remains within the framework of the warning without implementation, Israel will not see more than a transient media noise.”
Weak
For his part, the military and strategic expert d. Nidal Abu Zaid, that despite the announcement of the occupation, allowing the introduction of the aid to the Gaza Strip, what is happening in reality is the opposite of Israeli declarations.
Abu Zaid said: “Some quantities and specific quality of aid are introduced, which indicates that the announcement of allowing the entry of aid came more propaganda than a reality, especially after the growing criticism of the Netanyahu government.”
He added that the last of these criticisms from the Israeli interior for a member of the Knesset, while he criticized the way of managing the human side; This sparked a storm of controversy inside Israel.
Abu Zaid thought that it is not planned that European countries, which declares measures to cut the partnership with Israel, will translate their declarations into actions, attributing it to “the main reason is that Israeli law in power is on a consensus in visions and ideologies with the strong European law which could interfere with any decision within Europe which affects Israel”.
He underlined the coincidence of the declaration of measures against Israel, while allowing the help of entering Gaza “, which can be an attempt to drain the European congestion from the street towards systematic Israeli crime to starve, kill and block the people of Azza before the democracy of European rights and justice”.
In turn, the political expert and former member of the Senate Khaled Ramadan highlighted the importance of reading the international position within his reality, and not “as we want”, that is to say the reason for the change in any position of certain European countries, “linked to the size of the destruction and the murder to which the people are exposed in the Gaza Strip, and he retires
Ramadan said: “We have to deal with objectively … what is required of European countries does not ask the Arab and Islamic countries.”
He underlined the need to strengthen and activate calls to stop the murder and extermination that takes place against the inhabitants of Gaza.
He stressed the importance of imposing these positions on the Zionist entity, in particular with regard to the stopping of the genocide, stressing the need to underline and maintain the voice in Gaza to stop the murderer and open the passages before humanitarian aid.
