From “Irza Marrakesh” to Tangier … a unique adventure for Urie Jounieh in Morocco

Aurelli Jounieh, coming from the French city of Dijon, started on an exceptional adventure: a bicycle trip in her city to visit the Maghreb, so his first stations were Morocco, to which trips were always a dream for that.
The Idea of Traveling to Morocco Has Often Had Aurelli, Saying in a post on its Facebook Page: “Morocco was the first country that I explored, but only in the spirit, Thanks to a book for children,“ My Stories of Marrakech ”, I Borrowed it in the Fifth Grade of the Trekelon School Library. Sale the First Lines, I Found Myyself Transferred to the Jameh Al -Fna Square, Sitting at my feet of my story that participates for a Few Pieces of Silver.
The arrival of Oili in Tangier on March 12, after a trip to the Spanish Tarifa, was a pivotal moment of her adventure, because she was waiting for him with a great desire. Despite the feelings of the euphoria which overwhelmed it, Orili did not hide the exhaustion which it accumulated during the first three months of the trip, admitting that it reduced the estimate of the time necessary to reach the African continent.
Orili remembered the first part of her trip through France and Spain, where she faced physical and mental challenges due to winter conditions. The rain and the cold in France were among the difficulties it was confronted with, in particular in drying clothes, forcing it to reduce dependence on camping in the wild. However, this stage also led beautiful memories, such as meeting an atmosphere in Arij, an American traveler who welcomed him to his home for several days.
In an interview with the French “Lopen People”, Aurelli says that her arrival in Morocco coincided with the month of Ramadan, which is an experience that she described as incredible, saying: “The pace of fasting has greatly affected the life of the country, as a state of prevailing calm before breakfast, then life returns to activities until night.”
Orili was also influenced by the generosity of the hospitality he touched in Morocco, recalling a position in Tetouan, where the traders invited him to break the breakfast with them, offering his soup, his dates and his pastries. Orili stressed that she felt safe and happy in Morocco, where she is encouraged by many.
The future plans of Orili include the continuation of the journey to the south through the small mountains of the Atlas, because it plans to know how to leave Morocco towards Tunisia, in particular after it does not obtain a visa to enter Algeria, which could force it to go through Italy or Marseille, a choice which prefers to avoid maintaining the rhythm of its journey.
As for her plans, Aurelli wrote in an article on Facebook: “Since my return from the trip to Dijon-Bakkin, the project to discover Morocco in the bicycle has been constantly postponed due to health problems. To visit it. This conversation made me want to extend the Siri line to Tunisia.”
