India has given a notice of change of treatments

It was written in the letter that the government of India gave an opinion to the government of Pakistan for change in the treaty. The opinion indicates that many basic things in the treaty have changed and that it is necessary to reconsider it. There has been a change in many reasons concerning the change of population, the development of clean energy and the sharing of water according to the treaty. Any treaty must be implemented with the right spirit, but Pakistan promotes terrorism on the other side of the border of Jammu-et-Cachemire.

Pakistan has not accepted many conditions

According to the letter, India is unable to fully use the rights provided due to safety uncertainty. Pakistan has not accepted several conditions of the treaty and was not ready to negotiate with India about the treaty. Consequently, the Government of India decided that the 1960s water Treaty was being suspended.
