Accord to the Instructions, the violations are being sixed and proven through the employers concerned in the center and to edit the violation in accordance with the approved form for this purposes, and the employed who sixized the violation must organize a seizure report, which includes the violation data and its place, the type of violation, the name and Signing of the Seizure Employee, the date of Editing the Seizure Report with the Violation and its Time, and the Signature of the Fourturer.
The employee who seized the violation and published the seizure report must submit a report to the director of the Directorate relevant to the Center to refer it to the President to make the appropriate decision on this subject in accordance with the provisions of these instructions, and the Center warns the violation of the violation notification to correct the violation provided that the extension takes into account the time that the offender must really aim.
The cases indicated that if the specified period has passed and that the offender does not correct the violation, the measures stipulated in the law must be taken against the offender, in accordance with the criteria and the controls specified in these instructions, and for the center, and in special and justified cases, one of the measures stipulated in law in accordance with these instructions.
The Nature of the Violation and the Party That It Committed According To the Following Standards and Conditions is Determined: If the Violar is a natural person who is not allowed to provide any of the cybersecurity services, if the Violar is a unlicensed personal or an unlicensed party by Providing Any of the CybeSecurity Services VIOLATOR IS A LICENSED PARTY OR A PARTY LIGSED TO OPVIDE ANY OF THE CYBERSECURY SERVICES, AND IN THE EVENT OF MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS, THE MOST VIOLATING ACTION IS during rehearsal of the violation by the offender, then the appropriate action is taken with the taxation of the fine according to these instructions, and if the single violation is shared between more than one offender, the action is taken against each violer, The center takes one or more procedures against the violer in a way that offers the nature of the nature of rape and the part he has engaged. – (Petra)
