Trump is studying an alternative plan to extend customs tasks …

Officials from the American president Donald Trump revealed that she was studying temporary procedure to impose customs tasks in the major sectors of the world economy.
On Thursday, an American federal court of appeal imposed complete customs duties approved by Trump, one day after a decision of a sales court to stop his implementation immediately, saying that Trump had exceeded his power to issue these costs.
He ordered the decision of the Federal Court of Appeal, which is involved in the case to take measures by June 5 and from the US administration to the ninth.
The Wall Street Journal cited sources informed that the Trump team is studying its options if it were to find a new legal authority to impose customs tasks which, according to Trump, help to rebalance America.
The sources stressed that the Trump team relied on a few emergency powers used to quickly impose most of its large customs fees during its second term.
As this strategy is threatened, the Trump team plans to take a double action of temporary action to impose customs tasks in the major sectors of the world economy in the context of an element that was not used before in the 1974 trade law, according to sources.
The law includes a clause which allows customs rights to be imposed up to 15% for 150 days to approach the imbalances of the trade balance with other countries, by providing a time for the staging of individual customs definitions for each major trading partner in a different clause from the same law, used to counter unfair foreign trade practices.
This second step requires a long notification and suspension, but administration officials see it a more legal justification than the customs duties policy which was legally illegal this week.
It should be noted that this alternative decision was used several times in the past, during the first state of Trump when it imposed customs tasks on China.
The newspaper cited two sources that the Trump administration has not yet made a final decision. It may wait to implement alternative plans after the Federal Court of Appeal has authorized the continuation of emergency customs tasks imposed by Trump during appeal procedures.
