Actor Jalal Qarya returns to the Moroccan public with a group of new works that should be shown through the national canals, after its brilliance in a group of Moroccan dramas and foreign productions.

In a dialogue distinguished by the Hespress newspaper, Qarya shows the characteristics of his role in his new series, in which he returns to the character of the villain, but in a different way, because he deals with the challenges that Moroccan art is confronted, between the censorship and the growing appearance of “influencers” “Tek Talk” in the artistic field, in addition to seeing the importance of competition and serious works ” domain.

What do you save television participants this season?

This year, God wants it, I will be present through the series “Ali Ghafala”, directed by Hisham Al -jabari, and produced by “Alyan”. I am proud of this work, because the public will see Jalal Qarya again in the role of the villain, but in a new style and a type of different evil.

We are closer to the role you look at in this series.

The character I embody is “Tremisha’s”, a person who has no other objective than to disturb others and to make many problems. The series will carry many surprises, whether through my personality or the rest of the characters, and the public will be surprised by unexpected events.

What is the reason for choosing this type of nickname for the characters they embody?

The character “basbusa” was my suggestion to the director and the scriptwriter, and he was approved because I was able to persuade them. It is not easy to change the name of the character or give him a new title, but the director Hisham Al -jabari is known for his opening and his belief in new ideas; He is a director who believes in discussion, so I went to him and asked him if it was possible to give another title to the character, and she suggested the name “Trimisha”.

I tend to give characters certain titles, because I believe that the Moroccan public easily remembers these names, especially if they are inspired by the street. These names came from the district in which I grew up, because I am the son of the Sultan chemin, and I try my work to honor the inhabitants of the neighborhood.

All I offer is love and sincerity. I hope success is our ally. But in the end, even if the name is special, the representative performance is the most important, because it is the strength of the actor that makes the character succeed.

What subjects does this work deal with?

The series carries many messages, in particular the importance of family cohesion, the effect of discrimination and the importance of cooperation, as a hand does not apply; Likewise, the struggle of good and evil also appears, and how many good is always triumphed, no matter how evil is overwhelmed, because it is increasing and not higher.

Do you have the obsession with Ramadan’s attendance, or do you prefer to come throughout the year?

My only obsession is to get my subscription, whether in Ramadan or others.

It is only a question of humor, but of course, I work for art, and also to live, because it is my profession and my academic training.

However, my technical orientation remains more than material, and sometimes I accept the renunciation of certain things if the scenario is distinctive, because good work opens up other doors.

I am here to develop and present works that I like and admire the public. As for the programming of Ramadan, I cannot control them; It is the carrier channel that makes the decision, and I believe that good when it comes is useful.

Several criticisms have been repeated the same names in the works of Ramadan, so what is your comment?

What hurts me in the artistic field is the entry of foreigners about it. In the past, we saw great artists, such as Al -zaari, Al -Dasukin and Al -khalef, and the public respected them, because the field included only professional actors.

Now, the case is mixed with the public, and it no longer distinguishes the university actor and those who are famous via “Tek Tok”, and that negatively affects the profession.

Previously, there was also respect for the artist, even if he presented many works. Today is not the problem in the actor alone, but rather in the programming, because sometimes the artist depicts two works per year, but they are shown in the same period of Ramadan, and it is the responsibility of the channels.

Personally, I support the actor in the greatest number of possible works per year, because the arrangement is in the hands of God. Personally, this year, I have a work in Ramadan, which “neglects”, in addition to another series which will be shown after Ramadan, and what matters to me is that the artistic presence is based on efficiency.

What is your position as an actor on the “influential” polarization of “Tik Talk” for illustrations?

I cannot oppose the participation of a person in the artistic field, because it is a right which is guaranteed by international alliances, including the International Alliance on Cultural Rights, which stipulates in chapter 15 the right of everyone to the Society to participate in cultural life; But the problem lies in the individual himself.

This is why I do not take care of myself, because I focus on my work, and whoever trusts does not care who is next to him, even if he is a Hollywood representative.

The intruder oppresses themselves, because their fame is false, and they will not continue long, because continuing in this area requires talent and efficiency, and not only a transitional appearance; This applies to all professions, not just action.

Is the phenomenon of “cooperation with us” that some producers and directors in the artistic field bother you?

I am open to this, but depending on the circumstances, if the production is yourself and the budget is limited, we can give up and help, but if there is sufficient funding, the artist has the right to obtain his full contribution.

Islam urges us to cooperate, and we must apply it in order to advance Moroccan art.

What do you think of the censorship led by human rights associations towards artists and television works?

Art is freedom, and it is a reflection of reality, and I am the son of a popular district. I hear some of the words circulating naturally.

Consequently, censorship must be organized and in reasonable scope, not only denial data, and associations must leave art to its region, because it is a mirror that reflects society.

We do not lead the public, because Moroccan works proudly reflect reality. And no one is above the law, and if there are unacceptable questions, they will not be shown at all on television, because everything that is disseminated is within the limits of the religious and socially acceptable.

Here, I do not underestimate the role of associations, but we must respect each field separately; Although severe surveillance harms art and associations must focus on their problems in reality, and not only on social media.

What are your future artistic projects?

I have a series that I had previously filmed entitled “Hand of HennĂ©”, produced by Raouf Al -Sabahi, and I hope it will be broadcast soon; I present a completely different personality and embodies the role of a lawyer. I also participate in the series “12 hours”, where I play the main role in each episode, similar to the series “Hour in Hell”. In addition, I am currently working on new theatrical projects, and we are waiting for support to determine what we will provide.
In the cinema, I have a French film project, I will announce its details after having signed the contract, and Hespress will have the first in this area.
