This corresponds to the decision of the Securities Authority to extend the legal deadline for the delivery of annual reports for the year 2024 until the date of April 6, given the coincidence of the deadline to submit annual reports with the EID Al -Fitr holidays.
The Jobs Emphasized That, According to the Decision of the Authority Retrred to Above, and Based on the Provisions of Article (15/B/6) of the inclusion of Securities for the Year 2018, The Amman Stock Exchange Will Stop Trading in Shares of Violeting Companies that have not committed to Provide the Financial Data Applicable by the Auditor of Their Accounts from the First Working Day Following the Sixth of April these companies Provide The Stock Exchange with the required financial data, in order to improve the protection of customers and investors on the stock market and by providing them with appropriate time in time and in a way that allows them to make the investment decision.
After the end of the specified date to receive the annual audited data, the scholarship will declare through various media the names of the violation companies, and the companies which have not respected the scheduled date will be vulnerable to the penalties stipulated in the applicable regulations and instructions.
The provision of companies on the stock market with annual financial data in accordance with the provisions of the inclusion of securities on the Amman Stock Exchange, which obliges all the companies listed on the Stock Exchange to prepare annual auditors of auditors, in order to improve the principles of disclosure and transparency, and to allow the investors and the necessary shareholders to obtain the necessary information and the results of the companies continuously and continuously.
