The head of the Tourism, Services and Restaurants Committee of the Omanais Industry Chamber, Raed Hamada, assessed the good directives launched by his Highness Prince Al -Hussein Bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince, during his recent meeting with the people involved in the tourism sector, which focused on the need to develop a complete work plan and highlight the tourism sector.

Hamada said today in a press release that these directives represent an important step towards improving tourist experience and stimulating the tourism sector in Jordan, emphasizing the improvement of hospital tourism thanks to a partnership with the private sector.
Hamada stressed the importance of including the future plan, a set of basic subjects that ensure the lasting success of the tourism sector, in particular the improvement of the infrastructure of tourist sites, which is one of the basic priorities.
He stressed that work must be improved to improve transport methods, hotel facilities and public services in all tourist destinations.
Hamada explained that providing an appropriate tourism environment by updating this infrastructure will help increase the level of comfort for visitors, which contributes to attracting more tourists to the kingdom.
Hamada stressed the need to invest in hospital tourism, in particular in areas known in the world like the Dead Sea and Ma’in Hammamet.
Hamada has added that the development of therapeutic facilities and the expansion of natural therapeutic offers are a strategic step to attract tourists looking for hospitalization and leisure, which will help raise it the position of Jordan as a global health destination.
Hamada highlighted the importance of using modern technology in promoting the tourism sector, noting the need to extend digital marketing campaigns via the Internet and social media, which helps reach a wider audience of tourists on the global markets, which improves the presence of Jordan as a global tourist destination.
Hamada stressed the importance of investing in workers’ training in the tourism sector, stressing that human executives trained in the well are a key factor in the success of the sector and this requires the supply of specialized training programs in the field of hospitality and tourism services, the level of service provided to tourists can be improved, which contributes to improving their experience and increasing their satisfaction with the jordan services.
Hamada said that it was necessary to stimulate cooperation between the public and private sectors to develop innovative and sustainable tourism projects.
Hamada stressed that strengthening partnerships in this sector can lead to finding new investment opportunities, and thus increasing the flow of investments in tourist projects that contribute to the development of the sector in a sustainable manner.
Hamada stressed the need to invest in Jordan’s cultural and archaeological heritage to improve cultural and heritage tourism. He stressed that the kingdom contains many historical and archaeological sites which can be developed and more promoted to attract visitors interested in the old history and civilizations.
