The press release also said that the Ministry of External Affairs is implementing the visa prohibition on owners and senior officials of travel agencies operating in India to break the illegal immigration network.

The ministry said that America will continue action against these agencies. The press release indicates: “Our immigration policy is not only to educate foreign nationals about the dangers of illegal immigration, but also to justify those who violate our laws.”
He also declared that the implementation of American laws and policies on immigration is important to maintain the rule of law and security of the Americans.

The press release also said that this visa prohibition policy is applicable on a global scale and also applies to those who are otherwise eligible for the Visa renunciation program.
At the same time, when an official of the United States Embassy in New Delhi was asked about travel agencies and the people against which visa restrictions were imposed, they said that detailed information could not be provided.
The official said that due to the confidentiality of the visa file, we cannot provide a list of these people or travel agencies on which the United States takes measures to impose the prohibition of the visa.
