The Indian student continued the Trump administration, disputed to cancel immigration status – the Indian administration Sus Trump on immigration status threatening to deposit NTCPAN

President Donald Trump constantly shows rigor on American educational establishments. In such a situation, an Indian and three other students continued the Trump administration after the abolition of their student immigration status this month. There was a plan to send these four students from America and now they asked the court to regain their legal status.
This incident occurred at a time when the Trump administration began to cancel the visa of international students due to campus activism. Hundreds of students, including Indians, received emails and were invited to go home. Students accused of small crimes such as theft of goods in stores or traffic rules are also targeted.
What is the material?
Chinmay Devre of India Student at the Wayne State University, Jiangay Bu and Qi Yang de China, Yogesh Joshi of Nepal filed a case against internal security and immigration agents on Friday. He allegedly alleged that his status of immigration to students in information on students and exchange visitors (SEVIS) had been badly abolished without notice or reason.
The Sevis database contains information on non-immigrant students in the United States. This means that now these students will not have legal status in America and that they will have to leave the country immediately. The case was filed by the American Civil Liberty Union (ASLU) on behalf of the students of the American district court in the Oriental District of Michigan.
The students asked the court to restore their legal status and said they had not been accused of any crime and had not violated any immigration law. Students said they were not active in the campuses on a political issue either.
“Anarchy and fear spreading the goal”
According to a Detroit Free Press report, Loren Khogali, Executive Director of ACLU, Michigan, said that the Trump administration is working in such a way that fundamental constitutional needs do not apply to them. Khogali said that the aim of this administration was to attack certain people and spread fear to all of us. They now target international students who contribute significantly to our university community and make our economy strong with their expenses.
