The Malaysian organization participated in an air landing with Jordan, which denies the news of “Middle East …

The Malaysian organization “Khoum” (a charisma mission for humanitarian conscience) has published an important declaration for his supporters and Malaysians, in which he responded to what he described as a “deceptive and inaccurate declaration currently circulating in the media, in particular from a website based in London”, concerning the contribution of humanitarian aid in Gaza via Jordan.
The “Middle East Eye” website was broadcast in London in a report without proof on Thursday that the Jordanian authorities made profits from air landing in Gaza.
In its declaration, the organization confirmed on Friday that it worked in close collaboration with the Jordanian authorities since the start of the crisis, including the successful coordination of the first and the only Malaysian aerial landing process in Gaza which took place in April 2024. It explained that this historic task included a charge of 480 food boxes, 200 groups of hygiene supplies, in more than 200 boxes of food formula.
And “Khoum” said that this aid had been officially given to the Jordanian authorities, where Jordan Royal Air Force facilitated the air landing process for food boxes, while cleaning groups and infants were delivered on land roads.
The organization directly addressed the circulating rumor which indicates that the Jordanian government is profitable for rescue operations, stressing that this assertion is “misleading”. To clarify, “Khoum” said in his statement: “Jordan has never paid khom costs for air landing. In fact, the task of air landing was entirely funded by the Jordanian authorities itself, and Khom expresses its gratitude for its generous support and cooperation.”
With regard to surrender operations via property roads, which the organization has taken up, like other NGOs, as soon as the roads leading to Gaza become adapted to use through Jordan, “Khoum” explained that these operations include the necessary logistical administrative costs. These costs include trailer rental, trucks, fuel, coordination and authorization of level passages, support for help and drivers, warehouse cache, safety and risk management of operations in conflict areas.
The organization stressed that “these costs are not profitable costs imposed by the Jordanian authorities, but rather the real operational costs borne by NGOs to ensure that helping the needy. Help trucks cannot do without fuel, drivers and arrival in complete safety”.
In an important point linked to the responsibility of providing aid, the organization said that the responsibility of “Khuoum” ends during the preparation, the packaging of aid boxes and officially submit to the Jordanian Chariting Authority in Hashhemite. From that moment, the Jordanian armed forces and the authorities concerned are fully responsible for the holding, transport and provision of aid to Gaza.
“Khoum” urged the public to be cautious and cautious about such rumors, stressing that the publication of inaccurate information undermines the tireless efforts made by NGOs, governments and volunteers who work day and night to provide life to one of the most difficult areas of conflict in the world.
The Khom organization concluded its declaration by emphasizing its full support to its partners in Jordan and its commitment to transparency and responsibility in all its tasks, expressing its thanks for the support and confidence of continuous supporters and collaborators.
The declaration was published on behalf of Khom, signed by Nick Marina Hussein, head of Khom and director of the mission.
The Jordanian charity of Hashhemite expressed his surprise and refusal that a site managed by London has published deceived documents carrying lies and slander on the Jordanian humanitarian and rescue effort since the end of 2023 to support parents in the Gaza Strip.
The authority’s media office said in a statement on Thursday that the news site, which published its articles in English, asked, at the end of Thursday’s working hours, to answer questions that were directed, biased and not without accusation and on the basis of what he called “allegations” by asking them to answer them.
And that the site asked to answer these questions within 3 hours, which suggests that the intention is to publish this article without any answer in order to distort the image of Jordan and to offend its role, and it was aimed at the authority is to notify the reader that he enjoyed neutrality, integrity and objective to accuse him for multiple work and it is not possible to assess one of the works and with false information.
The media office said that the donations that had been submitted to authority reached the family in the Gaza Strip without prejudice to any Piasters and deduced any type of cost and salary.
Regarding financial costs, the media office explained that Jordan has the cost of wild convoys, air landings, air bridge and planes sent via Al -Arish, before many countries and organizations participating in these requested rescue efforts.
On the costs linked to air landings, the media office noted that Jordan had transported all the material costs linked to pure Jordanian air landings, which had (125 drops), while the sisters and friendly countries have attributed to aerial landings which asked to participate, which counted (266). These figures were announced after each air landing process in which the participating countries were determined.
The media office of the Jordanian charitable authority of Hashhemite confirmed that the air landings had reached more costs than what the news website said, because the cost of the air landing process for a free projection was around 210,000 dollars, while the value of the details of these financial costs is documented by the details of countries and international organizations process.
