West Range’s Inspector of Police General (IG) T Fenthilkumar told PTI that 72 -year -old Ramasamy, 72, resident of the Uchimedu Megarayan garden, and his 63 -year -old, Bagiyam lived on their farm in the Shivgiri police area. But on May 2, the two were found dead.

According to the IG, his son Kavishkar, who lives in a separate village, about 20 km, tried to call his parents on May 1, but the telephone call was not answered. Surprised by this, he called his loved ones living in the neighboring fields and asked them to go to their parents and take the room.

Ig T Penhilkumar also said that when his parent went to his farm on May 2, he found the dead couple with several injuries and the two rotten on the farm. Later, it was discovered that gold jewelry also lacked on the farm.

The Police Inspector General (IG) also said that by receiving information, police had recorded a case and more than ten police teams had been trained to resolve the case. One of them stopped three history sheets after examining images of more than 200 video surveillance cameras.

According to the IG, arrested were identified as 48 years Achiappan, 52 years old Madswaran and Ramesh at 54, who live in the Arachalur region in the Erode district.

IG SENTHILKUMAR said that the accused admitted to having killed the elderly couple and stolen 10 gold jewelry. The jewelry was given to a jeweler Gyansekaran in Arachalur, who made them melt and kept the metal with him.

IG said that Gyansesekaran was also arrested and that the four were sent to judicial custody. He said that the first three suspects had admitted to having killed three other people in another case.

Those who were killed earlier by these murderers were identified as 78 -year -old Devasigamini, his 74 -year -old wife -old Almathal and his son Senthilkumar, 44. They were all residents of Semaligaundan Palayam in the district of Tirupur. These disbelievers looted five and a half weeks of gold jewelry.
