UP ATS has made a great disclosure against Tufail, which was arrested by Varanasi. The officials say that during the interrogation, Tufail admitted that he connected young people from several cities like Varanasi, Azamgarh, Kanpur, Kannauj, Rampur, Moradabad and Bareilly by forming a Whatsapp group named “ Asha-E-Shah ”. The group also included a Pakistani manager who plotted in India.
During the interrogation, Tufail said that eight WhatsApp groups of “Asha-E-Shahar” were formed, in which ISI managers associated with the Indian mobile number were also active. This network was fueled by ISI agents. Tufail also claims to have contacted a woman named Nafisa from Pakistan, who worked for ISI. Thanks to this Nafisa, Tufail obtained the first Indian SIM card, which was activated on false names and addresses. This SIM card was active on Nafisa’s mobile. Nafisa helped Tufail buy a false Indian sim.

In 2022, Tufail also met agent Isi Naushad Memon in Pakistan. Naushad Memon was caught up in Punjab and learned that he had given several active Indian Sim cards to a Delhi-based High Commission-based Officer. After that, Tufail was invited to form a WhatsApp group and execute it.
Uttar Pradesh ATS tries to find a relationship between these two accused, Naushad Memon and Tufail. ATS considers that together, they increased the ISI agents in India and carried out anti-national activities. The ATS survey is still underway. Given the severity of the question, all the agencies concerned take care to closely monitor the counterfeit, espionage and terrorist activities.

There were always religious things in his conversation, because of which he was isolated in the locality. Currently, the police of the local police station is stationed in front of his house and there were women inside the house, who had closed the door. Residents of the locality are still unable to digest that their neighbor can go to such an extent.
