The adapted sports program, developed by Appacdm de Albergaria-A-Volha and the Municipality, will celebrate its 7th anniversary with a session of sharing the experience, which will take place in the space of reception Café Cineteatro Alba on May 9, at 17:30.

After the opening session with Isabel Fonseca, president of Appacdm de Albergaria-A-Volha and António Loureiro, mayor, the balance of the adapted sports program will be presented which, in the last seven years, has promoted the integration of people with disabilities and/or disabilities in sports dynamics through various ways, in particular athletics, athletics and the mouth.
José Costa Pereira, president of the Association and National Sport for Mental Disability, will address the theme “Sport by the sport adapted to the competition”, followed by the round table “Adapted sport: facilitator of inclusion”, with the participation of a mother and a father of the athletes of the adaptation, as well as Catarina Mendes, of action, education and Health and Isaba.
The closing session will present the interventions of Catarina Mendes and Isabel Cruz, councilor of culture and sport. Participation in the event is free, at the time of preventive registration, until May 7th.
