“During a patrol action, the guard military detected two individuals, together with two vehicles parked on the public road, with suspicious behavior,” says a declaration.
So an approach to men was adopted and it was possible to verify that “they were in possession of various objects normally used in the practice of theft”.
Following the due diligence of the police, it was discovered that the couple had performed a theft in a night fun plant, breaking the door, “moments before”, which led to their detention.
The action led to the apprehension of various objects, i.e. a feet launched, various tools, a razor, a torch for the head and two doses of hashish.
The prisoners were established and the facts communicated to the judicial court of Santa Maria da Feira.
