After the decision of the Barcelona judge to reject the precautionary measures imposed initially, from Anagram they already have a free way to publish the book, “Hate”, which collects José Breton’s confessions on the murder of his children in Córdoba in 2011.

At the moment, they have not communicated from the publishing house when “hatred” will be on sale and there is no fixed date. Anagrama announced last Wednesday that he had paralyzed the distribution before the complaint presented by Ruth Ortiz and, for this reason, he did not even reach libraries.

The Barcelona prosecutor’s office assured that the Anagram editorial violated “the obligation” to communicate the content of the book by Luisgé Martín “El hate”, and therefore resorted to the decision of the Barcelona audience to give approval for the publication of the book.

Several companies spoke of the book and ensured that they will not sell the book. According to the newspaper “El Mundo”, at least six companies distributed throughout the Spanish geography made the decision not to put on sale “hatred” regardless of whether or not there is a judicial resolution on the matter.
