The PSD and ílhav CDs have decided to formalize a local coalition, replicating the renewed agreement for the legislative elections in the Municipality.

“This decision derives from the affinity in strategic positioning, from the ideological alignment and the relationship between personal and political trust between its main protagonists in the municipality,” says a declaration.
The PSD and CDs recognize “the importance of collaborative and integrated management between the different levels of political power, both nationally and municipal level”, reaffirming the “commitment for the development of the Municipality of ílhavo and the strengthening of its social and territorial cohesion”.
Luís Diamantino (PSD) and Sandra Roque (by the CDs) have therefore decided to “maintain their political alliance after the legislative elections and present a joint list for the municipal elections of ílhavo”, which will also be presented as a candidate for the publicly presented RUI dias.
The lawyer will be “responsible for the guide of the candidacy, with the full support and trust of the parts of the coalition”, committed to guaranteeing “a more prosperous and dynamic municipality, in compliance with people, associations, companies and institutions, history and traditions, simultaneously promoting a future of innovation and progress”.
The PSD has three elected in the executive led by the Independent João Campolargo, also receiving. The CDS is not represented in the room, nor has it not elected in the municipal assembly.
