North Arch transfer is about 47, 4 % of all the atoms exported by Brazil by 2024 | economy

The private ports of North Arch, which includes the northern and northeastern regions of the country, transported about 52.3 million tons of soy and export atom in 2024, according to the annual statistical book of the National Agency Agency (ANTAQ), in February this year. Despite the supportive result, the sector faced challenges last year, especially because of the severe drought that was recorded in the region, which greatly affected the movement. According to Flávio Acatauassú, President of the Ports Stations Association and the shipping stations in the Amazon Basin (Amport), the situation requires investments and planning to reduce the effects of climate axis.

Future goals

The port of Santarim is among the main areas of the country for the flow of grains and fertilizers.
