At dawn from the century, an American company based its business area in molds not always understood the same for different entities, since they also interpreted it in a different way and not only as a digital intermediation platform. The issues that these activities have raised (and have said it) are, in fact, various and not only set, in this context, the aspects related to the complex work relationships established in this type of (pseudo) “work in partnership”.
If the people (individual or not) who provide these services provide these services, liberal workers or workers due to others is a matter of enormous interest, still incompletely and not only in their legal dimension. Even the aspects relating to work/health relationships (disease) can certainly be very influenced by this “business”, with potential effects that can be beyond, long, called “work at the piece” that here, and for example, has developed in the ceramic industries, shoes or textiles.
Regardless of this complexity of relationships, the work done can, in all, to evoke the reference production process, in this case a real work “just in time”. You can therefore speak of “coisification” of this work, which are those who say that it is not a job, included in its traditional sense in which, among others, the “salary” dimension is rather “improved”.
Busis is that people are not things and, regardless of the complexity of these relationships, may have to resort to the figure of the “owner of work”. This has already been observed in the construction area, in terms of professional accidents, as regards potential adverse effects on health. Or will it make no sense to evoke this “figure”?
Perhaps it is interesting to think about it in a next trip or the next reception of a “thing” that always has a “messenger” which, in fact, could be a little abandoned to your luck. About 10-15 years ago (or perhaps a little more) when “my” messenger “” brings “an external fracture fixer of the fracture of the lower limbs right (presumably tibia) … and was transporting to a more spared motorcycle that the reasons for this doubt afflicted me.
What health protection (and safety) have these “messengers”? (Almost) nobody, for sure! Or, alternatively, do the hamburger or the journey are worth a little more?
