He said: “However, this deadline was not in the first order of the formation of the sub -committee.

Earlier in the day, the Jammu and Kashmir government informed the Legislative Assembly that no time limit was appointed to submit its report on a sub -committee of three members formed last year to consider complaints against the current reservation policy in the Union region.

The Minister of Social Welfare, Sakina Eto’o, shared this information in a written response to the issue of Sajad Ghanaian loan, MLA from the People’s Conference, asking whether the committee has given a date for a period of six months to review the current policy.

The Sub -Committee of the Council of Ministers, which was formed in December under the presidency of the International Federation for No., includes ministers, Satish Sharma and Javid Rana.

In response to the minister’s response, Lone highlighted the “clear regional imbalance” in issuing a reservation certificate in Jammu and Kashmir, and claimed that the concept of complete reservation in the territory of the union is “forged” against Kashmir.

The data obtained in response to his question in the association claimed that, as of April 1, 2023, the Jumu region will control certificates in almost all groups.

During the past five years, the reservation in Jammu and Kashmir has become a major issue after the center decided to add more societies to the seized category and increase the shares in the territories of the Union.

The objections in the center’s move to increase the reservation in Jammu and Kashmir are increasing by 70 percent.

Eto’o said at home: “A sub -committee was established in the Council of Ministers to investigate the complaints expressed by a section of the candidates for the various posts. However, the specified time to submit the report has not been determined.”

He said that 5,39306 (5.39 Lakh) is from the Gracious Tribes (ST) (4,59,493 (4.59 Lakh) in the Jamo section and 79,813 in the Kashmir section received certificates from April 1, 2023.

During the same period, 67,112 SC Certificates (SC) was released in Jumu.

The minister said that 1,379 villages in Jamo and 1229 villages in Kashmir have benefited from a retarded area reserved, while 551 villages have benefited in the international border Jamo.

Likewise, 268 villages in Jamo benefited below the actual control category line and 16 villages in Kashmir.

As of April 1, 2023, the minister said, the government issued 27420 certificates for members of the weakest economic department (EWS) in the Jammu section and 273 certificates in Wadi Kashmir.

Meanwhile, Handwara Mla Lone said that data shows heavy regional inequality.

“This reveals the regional imbalance in issuing a reservation certificate in Jammu and Kashmir,” he said at a press conference.

He said that among the 67,112 certificates of scheduled classes issued in the territory of the Union, only 100 percent certificates were issued in Jammu.

“4,59,493 certificates (85.3 per cent) were issued in Jamo in the ST category, while only 79,813 (14.7 percent) was released in Kashmir,” the People’s Conference President said.

He said: “94.3 per cent of certificates in Jammu were issued to the actual control line, only 5.7 percent was released in Kashmir and 100 percent of the certificates in Jamo for international border groups.”

Color claimed that Jamo is at the forefront of 52.8 percent certificates in the category of the reserved backward area, while the number in Kashmir is 48.2 per cent.

The president of the People’s Conference said that these inequality shows that the population of the Cashmeiri has lost greater than before.

He said: “The entire concept of reservation against the Kashmirian population who head to the Kashmiris and ST or EWS who live in Kashmir.”

Lone claimed that ST residents who live in Kashmir are also deprived, which is only 15 percent of the total applicants.
