From Al -Faisaliah to the Honor Platform. The ordered medal of a lady who sowed the flag …

MAFRAQ – In the village of Al-Faisaliah, far from the center of the Al-Mafraq governorate about thirty kilometers, and between the extended fields and the dispersed houses, a woman wrote a national history with the supply of gifts and faith. The need for Latifa Swailem Al -Mashaib was not a citizen who donated land, but rather a title for those who cultivate good without delay, and is built in the future for others.Add advertising

With her own money, and the fatigue of her days in agriculture and sheep grazing, she spent “a life” building a primary school that serves children in her isolated village, after being the school closest to six kilometers from them. She did not ask for an interview, and she did not look for a man, and she said reassured: “Praise be to God, everything is available” … as if the gifts sang.
Today, the Al-Faisaliah Mixed Elementary School has 105 students, supervised by an educational framework made up of ten teachers and women. The school has become a small benchmark in a simple village, but it is responsible for the great indications of the true meaning of the fatherland.
At present, the depth of identity is affected, and under a light that reflects the authentic face of Jordan, the honor of the need is pleasant with the medal of the independence of the second degree as a person who is excavated in the memory of the essence of this country: generosity, affiliation and gift of the extension of the heart.
In the palace of Al -Husayniyah, the need was pleasant with its Bedouine dress embroidered with the story: Al -hambar, Al -daqra and the Red League. She represented Jordan as it is; As we knew in the houses of the grandmothers, the advice of Al -Bawadi and the Hadiths of Al -Samar.
Development of education in distant regions
In a special statement to “Al -ghad”, the director of education of the Kasbah brigade of Al -Mafraq, Dr. Ayoub Al -Mashaqaba, said: “We received the news of the royal honor for the need for a kind of pride and pride, and we estimated that this honor is an honor for the direction of education, and for each teaching, throughout the country.
He added that what happened with the need is pleasant, brought back to mind the values of donation that prevailed in the 1970s and 80s, when parents visited schools, gave classrooms and transported teachers to distant villages with their own cars. This authentic spirit was reduced by the need for our society.
Al-Mashaqaba added that Al-Faisaliah years ago lacked children’s garden, and that the level of students of the first year was low due to kindergarten after the village and the lack of transport. But after having strengthened a good need for this school, and education in kindergarten began two years ago, the level of education has improved considerably, and a distinguished interaction appeared for students, and this was noted by the Prime Minister during his visit.
Today, the school has become attractive to teaching staff and has been noted from the sixth year to the seventh year, and we are working to promote it in eighth year next year, which improves stability and increasing the number of students.
The number is high at more than 115 students
At the Al-Faisaliah school, the number of students of less than a hundred increased to more than 115 students, and the number should increase with the stability of the level of education, and the school is equipped with modern classrooms and a five-year stage, and it was built additional as a donation, as well as the arrival of transport and the opening of streets, which made it a model in the Kasba.
The school contains a large umbrella which was given by the need to protect students from summer heat and winter cold, in addition to the presence of heating, which improves the comfort of students in winter. The director, Faisal, the son of Al -Hajja Latifa, takes care of the school calmly and love, without noise or media cameras, and no one expected that it was visited by the Jordanian Prime Minister and television to document this initiative.
Al -Mashaqaba is proud of the development carried out by the school, and it is in constant communication with Faisal to help it, to transform the dream into reality, stressing that after the need for a good need in the media, many Jordanian women continued to give land to build schools in distant areas, which reflects the originality and the spirit of Jordanian gifts.
What distinguishes this initiative is that it was not the support of factories, businesses or capital, but rather money of the special need, and thus to build a construction element in the construction of the fatherland. Endowment and donor initiatives have become the best solution to build schools in areas where it is difficult to attract the financing of small schools.
Today, we are witnessing a new movement in the educational endowment, where people give land and classrooms, as in Al-Faisaliah, and this reflects an authentic national affair which restores the values of donation which were decades ago, without waiting for costs.
Positive effect in distant areas
This initiative has positively affected the distant areas and the people themselves head towards a gift and speaking of multi-room schools, which considerably develops the reality of education. He added: “We no longer expect external support, but rather build our country in the hands of his sons and daughters.”
The need is pleasant not only served al -Faisaliah, but also contributed to the development of the educational process at the country level, so we thank her and we ask God to bless his efforts. This is not the first educational endowment in the Kasbah of Al -Mafraq, but was preceded by other endowments, and there are good signs of new educational endowments in other regions.
In a special status to “al -ghad”, Faisal Al -Mashafa, the Son of Al -Hajja Latifa and the main of the School, Spoke about the Details of That Moment that Carried the Family Meanings that exceed the estimate: “We arrived the News of the Honor from the Royal Court, Almost a Week Ago, was indested to honor from the master of the country. “
At the time of the medal, Faisal said: “Most of the time I affected us, it was when we saw my mother standing on the platform, because of her Bedouine armor, and she received the medal from the hands of His Majesty our master … It was a time when the whole life is shortened.” He added: “The medal of independence of the second degree of His Majesty our master is not an honor for my mother.
He referred to the great societal interaction that followed the ceremony: “Everyone has communicated, they have blessed and received us with national boys and songs, and even schools and students have become history as an example of donation, and it became a general feeling of pride.”
An incubation environment for women
The executive director of Radio Al -Balad, a journalist specializing in community media, Ataf Al -roudhan, declared in a special declaration at “Al -ghad” that the need for a good necessity deserved to be stopped, because of his deep connotations in terms of women’s empowerment and community affiliation in the authentic Jordanian environment.
Al -roudhan added: the need is nice, it was not one of the experiences in which feminist organizations and civil society seek to modify or improve the reality of women and to empower them economically, socially and culturally.
She pointed out that the dominant vision of many parties, in particular in the capital, supposes that the women of the parties are not possible, or even constitute a conservative current rejecting the idea of empowerment. But the need is pleasant, it has proven the opposite and presented a living model which proves that the authentic Jordanian environment, or what can be called the “innate” environment, is an incubation environment for women, which is proud of it and gives them a natural space for attendance and participation. This attendance is neither the exposure nor imposed, but real, stems from the confidence of society itself in women as an inherent part of its social and tribal textiles.
Al -roudhan stressed that many women in tribal villages and societies represent important cultural and social references. These women are a pillar in their vicinity, and it is governed by many problems, which reflects the nature of the tolerant and affiliated Jordanian society, far from the stereotype which prevails of these societies. “”
Al -roudhan said that the need is pleasant to exercise real citizenship with any conscience, when it felt a lack of service or societal need, it did not wait for external support, but rather initiated, and the gap at its disposal from its own financial adaptation, without requesting propaganda or gains.
She pointed out that what was done by the need for Latifa is to return to mind the practices of Jordanian society in the 1960s and 70s of the last century, when the families of the villages initiated schools and paid for teachers’ wages, to secure the education of their children.
This honor confirms that Jordanian women, who have built schools, dreams and hopes, deserve to be told, and a medal adapting the greatness of their contribution to the construction of the fatherland.
