Today, the Al-Faisaliah Mixed Elementary School has 105 students, supervised by an educational framework made up of ten teachers and women. The school has become a small benchmark in a simple village, but it is responsible for the great indications of the true meaning of the fatherland.
At present, the depth of identity is affected, and under a light that reflects the authentic face of Jordan, the honor of the need is pleasant with the medal of the independence of the second degree as a person who is excavated in the memory of the essence of this country: generosity, affiliation and gift of the extension of the heart.

Today, the school has become attractive to teaching staff and has been noted from the sixth year to the seventh year, and we are working to promote it in eighth year next year, which improves stability and increasing the number of students.
The number is high at more than 115 students
At the Al-Faisaliah school, the number of students of less than a hundred increased to more than 115 students, and the number should increase with the stability of the level of education, and the school is equipped with modern classrooms and a five-year stage, and it was built additional as a donation, as well as the arrival of transport and the opening of streets, which made it a model in the Kasba.
The school contains a large umbrella which was given by the need to protect students from summer heat and winter cold, in addition to the presence of heating, which improves the comfort of students in winter. The director, Faisal, the son of Al -Hajja Latifa, takes care of the school calmly and love, without noise or media cameras, and no one expected that it was visited by the Jordanian Prime Minister and television to document this initiative.
Al -Mashaqaba is proud of the development carried out by the school, and it is in constant communication with Faisal to help it, to transform the dream into reality, stressing that after the need for a good need in the media, many Jordanian women continued to give land to build schools in distant areas, which reflects the originality and the spirit of Jordanian gifts.
What distinguishes this initiative is that it was not the support of factories, businesses or capital, but rather money of the special need, and thus to build a construction element in the construction of the fatherland. Endowment and donor initiatives have become the best solution to build schools in areas where it is difficult to attract the financing of small schools.

The executive director of Radio Al -Balad, a journalist specializing in community media, Ataf Al -roudhan, declared in a special declaration at “Al -ghad” that the need for a good necessity deserved to be stopped, because of his deep connotations in terms of women’s empowerment and community affiliation in the authentic Jordanian environment.
Al -roudhan added: the need is nice, it was not one of the experiences in which feminist organizations and civil society seek to modify or improve the reality of women and to empower them economically, socially and culturally.
She pointed out that the dominant vision of many parties, in particular in the capital, supposes that the women of the parties are not possible, or even constitute a conservative current rejecting the idea of empowerment. But the need is pleasant, it has proven the opposite and presented a living model which proves that the authentic Jordanian environment, or what can be called the “innate” environment, is an incubation environment for women, which is proud of it and gives them a natural space for attendance and participation. Al -roudhan stressed that many women in tribal villages and societies represent important cultural and social references. These women are a pillar in their vicinity, and it is governed by many problems, which reflects the nature of the tolerant and affiliated Jordanian society, far from the stereotype which prevails of these societies. “”
Al -roudhan said that the need is pleasant to exercise real citizenship with any conscience, when it felt a lack of service or societal need, it did not wait for external support, but rather initiated, and the gap at its disposal from its own financial adaptation, without requesting propaganda or gains.
She pointed out that what was done by the need for Latifa is to return to mind the practices of Jordanian society in the 1960s and 70s of the last century, when the families of the villages initiated schools and paid for teachers’ wages, to secure the education of their children.
