The decision also included the approval of a temporary entry of a small renewable vehicle each year for those who buy residential property for the first time directly from the property developer, provided that the value of housing real estate is not less than a hundred and fifty thousand dinars, and that the customs exemption does not exceed 25% of the value of residential real estate.

In the event that the value of residential real estate amounts to three hundred thousand dinars or more, the owner of residential real estate has obtained a temporary entry for a small vehicle, a temporary introduction of two small renewable vehicles per year, provided that the customs exemption from the two combined vehicles does not exceed 25% of the value of residential properties.
It was also decided to exempt people from customs duties of 5% and the sales tax of 16% when entering personal boats, so that each person is authorized to enter only with only the commitment not to use it for commercial purposes such as rental or transfer.

The decision is authorized for non -Jordanian retirees who wish to buy residential property in the Aqaba areas, and they carry permission from the residence and they have financial solvency, to obtain the approval of a temporary entry for a vehicle when they are owners of a residential property without specifying the value of the property.
The non -Jordanian decision also gives privileges such as: approval of the introduction of furniture exempt from customs and costs for once for residential real estate which has been purchased, and to grant the owner to the property or real estate of one hundred and fifty thousand dinars as a minimum authorization to offer him and those who depend on him.
